Last day of the road trip and then headed back to Auckland! This beach is less than an hour from school! Piha is a black sand beach and a hot spot for surfers. In the 80’s and even hotter with the sand! We explored along the coast and got to swim a bit too! The current is really strong in New Zealand especially with the riptides everywhere so it’s a little dangerous, but also really fun!! Drove back to Auckland that evening to get ready for classes!
