Kitekite falls was our first stop to our weekend getaway in Piha. Yes, this is my second time to the town but there was so much more to explore I had to come back! We shuttled from the city and it’s about an hour out to the west coast. A small little beach town, the most dangerous water but the hot spot for surfing. We hiked up to Kite Kite (pronounced: Keri Keri) falls and swam in the pool below. The water was freezing, but a great spot to cool down!
